Naomi’s Mission as a Personal Trainer is to provide an inclusive and safe space for every BODY to get fit, healthy and strong. A non judgement zone for those who were born to stand out.

Naomi has seen first hand the positive affects that exercise can have on confidence and mental health and loves to work with those that don’t know where to start. She will work with you through whatever goals you may have for health, fitness and general wellbeing. 

Catering for all within the LGBTIQ Community and Beyond. She provides a no judgement zone where every body is welcome. She prides herself on the community she has created and continues to grow.

Naomi graduated as a Master Trainer at the Australian Institute of Fitness and holds a Certificate IV in Fitness – Master Trainer in 2018. 

She started her own health and fitness journey a number of years prior to that. 

After finding a Personal Trainer that she was able to resonate with she studied to become a Personal Trainer to enable her to help others who struggled with their body confidence and wanted to start their own health and fitness journey. 

Since losing a significant amount of weight herself she knows the daily struggle for self-confidence and mental health.

She’s all about instilling self-belief and with her encouragement, you’ll get it each time – and you’ll feel great for it!

Naomi believes that exercise should be something to look forward to if you want to achieve your fitness goals. Her philosophy towards fitness is that everyone can achieve their best body through a change of mind, habits and commitment.

Outside of the gym, Naomi enjoys camping, cooking, reading, spending time with friends and family and is an avid Lego collector.
