I have always had a love for fitness. 

Growing up with Richard Simmons and attempting every style from aerobics, dance, cardio, weights, I always came back to Pilates. I watched other family members stop moving as they got older and moving into nursing homes and I thought I don’t want that to happen to me.

Pilates keeps you flexible and functional by using your breath and smaller muscles to give you a long, lean and strong body that can be achieved at any age.  After 16 years of experiencing the benefits that Pilates has on your body, lifestyle and mindset, my goal is to pass these benefits on to others so they can live an ultimate life. A life that is balanced, a body that is strong and healthy and a mind that is focused. Not to mention this all being achieved in an environment that is supportive and fun.
